A passionate storyteller, Carson Daniels joined McDougall Communications after spending more than 10 years in broadcast journalism, bringing her experience in writing and communications to her role as counselor.
 
Born and raised in Syracuse, N.Y., Carson moved to Rochester after graduating college in 2012, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast and Digital Journalism from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
 
Before joining McDougall Communications, Carson worked for News 10 NBC, serving as executive producer from 2017 - 2023. Carson’s work keeping the Rochester community informed with in-depth, investigative coverage earned her several awards, including an Emmy.
 
Carson lives in Rochester with her partner Brian and cat Primrose. When out of the office, you can find her checking out all the delicious food the Flower City has to offer.
